Required Technical / Functional Skills

• Mechanical design and engineering drawing quality checking experience
• Strong background in Manufacturing Engineering
• Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) and sustaining engineering projects
• In-service reliability tracking and failure investigations
• Handling non-conforming material reviews and production modifications
• Ability to develop and define methods/processes to control and execute engineering tasks
• Experience in data segregation and triaging
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and MATLAB Simulink
• Experience working with CATIA
• Strong customer interaction and requirement analysis skills

Roles & Responsibilities

• Interact directly with customers to understand requirements and provide technical solutions
• Participate in business requirement discussions and provide key engineering inputs
• Handle technical queries from customers independently
• Support NPI and sustaining engineering activities in coordination with project engineers
• Perform data segregation and triaging of engineering issues
• Design and support development of modules and release processes
• Work hands-on with SolidWorks and MATLAB Simulink for design and analysis tasks
