Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and implement data models for master data entities (Customers, Products, Suppliers, etc.)
• Integrate data from diverse source systems into the MDM platform ensuring data consistency and reliability
• Implement and manage data quality rules, validation frameworks, and exception-handling mechanisms
• Build and customize MDM solutions using Informatica tools and platforms (Informatica MDM, IDQ, etc.)
• Collaborate with data governance teams to align solutions with enterprise data standards and compliance requirements
• Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and drive solution implementation
• Conduct data profiling, identify quality issues, and propose DQ optimization rules to stakeholders
• Track, document, and resolve data issues to maintain high-quality master data across systems
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members
• Ensure the MDM solution is scalable and high-performing to meet changing business demands
• Work closely with data stewards to manage stewardship workflows, review changes, and resolve data exceptions.

Required Technical/Functional Skills

• 8+ years of experience implementing MDM Hub for various domains (Customer, Product, Supplier, Employee, Finance, etc.)
• Proven development experience with Informatica MDM (on-prem and SaaS) and/or platforms like Reltio, Profisee, Ataccama
• Deep knowledge of Data Quality (DQ) and Data Governance strategies
• Hands-on expertise in master data integration, processing, and management
• Strong experience in data source analysis, profiling, and DQ rule development
• Skilled in IDQ rule set configuration, including cleansing, parsing, standardization, validation, and DQ exception monitoring/handling
• Expertise in customer and product data domain implementations
• Familiarity with Medallion architecture for ETL data design (landing, curated, and target layers)
• Strong ability to fine-tune and optimize MDM Hub performance
• Understanding of the asset management business or financial markets is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams
