MDM Change Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead change management activities for enterprise MDM and data transformation programs.
• Develop and execute change strategies, communication plans, and adoption frameworks.
• Drive enterprise-wide rollout of MDM platform capabilities across business and technical teams.
• Align processes, tools, and organizational behaviors to support sustainable change.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure readiness, engagement, and adoption of new data capabilities.
• Support data transformation initiatives by identifying change impacts and mitigation strategies.
• Create clear, consistent communications to support awareness, training, and adoption.
• Track adoption metrics and measure change effectiveness.
• Collaborate with program, data, and technology teams to ensure alignment across initiatives.

Required Experience

• Strong experience in change management and communications within enterprise programs.
• Proven track record of rolling out MDM or enterprise data platforms.
• Experience supporting large-scale data transformation programs.
• Ability to drive alignment across process, tooling, and organizational behavior change.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to work in complex, cross-functional environments.
