We are seeking an experienced MDM Architect to define and drive the architecture and strategy for Master Data Management (MDM) solutions across the enterprise. This role will involve leading tech evaluations, developing MDM architecture principles, and ensuring alignment with key stakeholders, including Data Governance, Data Platform, and D&AI leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define MDM architecture principles and design patterns for various MDM styles (Registry, Consolidation, Coexistence, Centralization).
• Lead technology evaluation and selection, including POCs, to align MDM capabilities with enterprise needs.
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of MDM trends and evolve the tech strategy.
• Evaluate and rationalize existing MDM architectures, creating roadmaps for future enhancements.
• Lead the MDM Architecture Community of Practice, coaching teams on MDM principles and patterns.
• Govern solution architectures to ensure alignment with MDM standards, minimizing tech debt, and accelerating time to market.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience implementing MDM solutions for large, multi-country enterprises with complex product lines.
• Expert knowledge of MDM harmonization, standardization, and the four MDM styles (Registry, Consolidation, Coexistence, Centralization).
• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, focusing on MDM and data integration.
• Strong consulting experience in building data, analytics, and AI strategies, preferably in the CPG industry.
• Expertise with MDM platforms such as Informatica MDM, Informatica Data Integration, and Address Standardization tools.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies (AI, Gen AI, Data & Analytics, Data Integration) and their application to MDM.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and align with architecture principles and technology strategy.

• Experience with large enterprise transformations.
• Systems thinking and familiarity with modern architecture principles.
• Ability to manage the full system development lifecycle and align IT strategies.
