Job Summary

• Design and implement Master Data Management (MDM) solutions to ensure accurate, consistent, and reliable data across the organization.
• Lead the integration of MDM tools with existing enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and governance.
• Develop data governance frameworks, policies, and best practices for managing master data.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to define data requirements and business rules.
• Oversee data quality initiatives, ensuring data is cleansed, validated, and enriched.
• Provide expertise in any MDM platform (e.g., Informatica, SAP, Oracle etc) and architecture design.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to data management.
• Mentor and guide junior MDM team members in best practices and technical solutions.
• Experience in Retail Domain is required.
