We are looking for a seasoned Maximo Techno-Functional Expert to lead multiple complex Maximo programs simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS), hands-on implementation experience, and proven stakeholder management skills to drive business value.
Must-Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Experience in managing multiple Maximo programs concurrently.
- Strong customer communication and management skills.
- Proven stakeholder management with end-to-end ownership for delivering business value in complex programs.
- Experience implementing Maximo 7.6 or higher, preferably for manufacturing customers.
- Hands-on experience with MAS 8/9 and relevant certifications (preferred).
- Expertise in Maximo Implementation, Upgrade, and Support (version 7.6 or higher).
- Knowledge of Maximo add-ons and related technologies, including:
- Maximo Application Suite (MAS) 8.x or above
- MAS Health & Monitor
- MAS Predict & MRIO (preferred)
- Hands-on experience in MAS on IBM SaaS model.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage multiple Maximo programs in parallel, ensuring smooth execution and delivery.
- Own end-to-end stakeholder management, driving business value for complex programs.
- Execute enhancement activities for high-complexity MAS solutions with add-ons.
- Apply a hands-on agile approach to drive design and implementation for epics in close collaboration with internal and third-party stakeholders.
- Take delivery ownership for complex programs in coordination with customers and internal teams.
- Review and report compliance with delivery milestones and plan ahead for subsequent quarters.
- Provide status reporting to clients and management on project activities.
Managerial & Leadership Skills
- Own end-to-end delivery of high-complexity MAS enhancement programs, ensuring scope, quality, and timeline adherence across releases.
- Lead hands-on agile execution, driving solution design and implementation for epics in collaboration with internal teams and vendors.
- Manage stakeholder alignment and delivery governance, tracking milestones, risks, and dependencies across customer and internal organizations.
- Provide executive-level status reporting and forward planning to enable informed decision-making and quarter-ahead roadmap execution.
