We are seeking an experienced Martech Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide email and SMS platform initiatives. This role focuses on driving the strategy, selection, implementation, and optimization of digital marketing and campaign management platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong background in marketing technology, campaign orchestration, and platform integrations within D2C organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a Digital Marketing/Martech Product Manager with expertise in campaign management and ESP platform architecture.
- Provide strategic guidance to clients in defining and building enterprise-wide campaign management technology roadmaps, including AI/ML personalization engines, attribution models, identity resolution, email & SMS service providers (ESP/SMS), loyalty, and campaign management.
- Lead implementation phases after client selection of Email & SMS platforms.
- Leverage industry best practices and prior experience to inform client strategies.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to ensure alignment with enterprise-wide Martech strategies, maximizing business impact.
- Design and manage data-driven journey orchestration strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Translate business and marketing requirements into actionable strategies, capabilities, and business justifications, ensuring measurable marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Act as a platform expert in at least 2+ ESP technology stacks.
- Lead or support RFP processes for selecting campaign management platforms.
- Understand and oversee integrations required to implement campaign management platforms in D2C environments.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing Martech or digital marketing platforms, including Email & SMS (ESP) systems.
- Deep understanding of enterprise campaign management technology, personalization engines, attribution methods, and identity resolution.
- Experience running RFPs for campaign management platform selection.
- Hands-on experience implementing and integrating campaign management platforms in D2C organizations.
- Strong stakeholder management and strategic consulting skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Expertise in multiple ESP platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Adobe Campaign, Iterable).
- Knowledge of loyalty program integration, AI/ML personalization, and advanced journey orchestration.
- Strong understanding of marketing data architecture and integrations with CRM, analytics, and other enterprise systems.
