We are seeking experienced functional testers to join our Martech Transformation project on a contract basis, focusing on end-to-end validation of our unified platform (Cordial).
Your role will involve verifying customer data flows from sources like SFCC and Snowflake to Cordial, ensuring accurate segmentation, and confirming that site data capture triggers campaigns as expected. 

Responsibilities:

• Designing and executing test cases for data ingestion, personalization, email/SMS orchestration
• Cross-channel consistency, while documenting defects and collaborating with Marketing Ops and IT teams. 
• Ideal candidates have 3+ years in functional testing for Martech tools, familiarity with platforms like Cordial or similar (e.g., Braze)
• Strong knowledge of MarTech (email/SMS) workflows with experience in retail & ecommerce. 
• No development required—focus on manual and exploratory testing to ensure seamless user experiences. 

Test Lead (additional responsibilities)

• Test strategy, Test plan & Test cases execution oversight
• Review Templates, Assets against specifications / existing templates
• Explore AI driven design and optimization
