Job Description 

Key responsibilities include designing and executing test cases for data ingestion, personalization, email/SMS orchestration
Cross-channel consistency, while documenting defects and collaborating with Marketing Ops and IT teams. 
Ideal candidates have 3+ years in functional testing for Martech tools, familiarity with platforms like Cordial or similar (e.g., Braze)
Strong knowledge of MarTech (email/SMS) workflows with experience in retail & ecommerce. 

No development required—focus on manual and exploratory testing to ensure seamless user experiences.

Review Templates, Assets against specifications / existing templates
