We are seeking a MarTech Consultant to support and accelerate our marketing automation and personalization capabilities across email and SMS channels. This is a hands-on role focused on audience segmentation, modular template configuration, and data-driven campaign execution across multiple brands and regions. The ideal candidate will partner closely with Marketing, Data, and IT teams to operationalize personalization frameworks and improve platform adoption through documentation and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design, build, and documentation of audience segmentation logic by partnering with Data teams to define key attributes, rules, and dependencies
- Run basic SQL queries in Snowflake to validate audience counts, troubleshoot data issues, and confirm targeting accuracy
- Build and configure modular email templates (including Sculpt blocks) and reusable components to enable dynamic personalization
- Translate business and marketing use cases into clear requirements, workflows, and activation documentation
- Assist in building and maintaining journey templates and lifecycle personalization frameworks (Welcome, Post-Purchase, Reactivation, etc.) in collaboration with Brand teams
- Support campaign execution, QA, and validation to ensure accurate targeting and seamless deployment.
- Document processes and contribute to playbooks, standards, and best practices that improve platform adoption and scalability.
- Partner with IT and Data teams to validate integrations, triggers, data feeds, and maintain data hygiene.
- Apply learnings from prior marketing platform transitions to recommend process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in marketing automation, MarTech operations, CRM execution, or a related consulting role
- Hands-on experience with Cordial or Braze preferred; familiarity with other next-generation ESPs is a plus
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, personalization logic, and data integration concepts
- Experience with SQL-based audience validation (Snowflake experience preferred; Amperity is a plus)
- Proven ability to support campaign execution, QA, and documentation in a cross-functional marketing environment
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable learning new tools and processes in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to translate marketing needs into actionable technical steps
