- Lead the delivery of marketing technology projects, including CDP, CRM platforms, digital marketing, CMS, PXM, analytics tools, and personalization solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing, IT, and merchandising teams to define project requirements and objectives.
- Manage project timelines, resources, risks, and budgets to ensure successful implementation.
- Coordinate with vendors and technology partners for smooth integration and deployment.
- Monitor and report on project progress, resolving blockers and adapting plans as needed.
- Ensure alignment of marketing technology initiatives with retail business strategies.
- Facilitate adoption and change management within marketing and retail teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in Martech processes, tools, and data quality.
- Stay updated on emerging Martech trends and assess their applicability to retail marketing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing Martech or digital marketing projects in a retail or e-commerce environment.
- Strong understanding of marketing technologies such as CRM, CDP, CMS, DAM, email marketing, analytics, and personalization platforms.
- Excellent project management skills with knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Familiarity with retail marketing strategies and customer experience concepts.
