Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on Marketing Automation Analyst with strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to build, execute, and optimize end-to-end marketing campaigns across Email, SMS, and Push channels. This is an execution-focused role requiring experience in campaign development, audience segmentation, journey building, and email troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute end-to-end campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Develop and manage customer journeys using Journey Builder.
- Create audience segments and manage campaign data.
- Build, test, and deploy email campaigns using HTML, SQL, and AMPscript.
- Implement dynamic content and personalization.
- Troubleshoot email rendering issues, including Dark Mode compatibility.
- Develop and maintain automation workflows and reusable templates.
- Support multi-channel campaigns across Email, SMS, and Push.
Required Skills
- Hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio).
- End-to-end campaign execution and lifecycle management.
- Strong experience with Journey Builder and campaign execution.
- Proficiency in AMPscript, HTML, and SQL.
- Audience segmentation and data management.
- Email template development and troubleshooting.
- Experience building and executing campaigns in a production environment.
Preferred Skills
- JavaScript.
