Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare test cases and conduct various test cycles (CRP/UAT), verify data integrity, and recommend/take corrective actions.
• Support end-to-end processes and have an intermediate-level understanding of system touchpoints.
• Provide knowledge and input on the system implications of business process changes.
• Manage requirements scope & disposition through process compliance & gap analysis, integration testing & user acceptance methodology.
• Communicate with various business process owners on requirements, processes, and systems.
• Collaborate with the project team on solution definition and validation.

Required Qualifications/Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• In-depth functional & business process knowledge of MAPICS/Infor XA (9. x) in making, Planning, Inventory Management, and Procurement functional areas. 
• Good knowledge of RPG, CL, SQL, and other programming languages and tools commonly used in the IBM iSeries (AS / 400) environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and logistics.
• Familiarity with database management systems such as Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server.
