Roles & Responsibilities

• Communicate with various business process owners on requirements, processes, and systems. 
• Critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a more general understanding, distinguish presented user requests from the underlying true needs, and distinguish solution ideas from requirements.
• Manage requirements scope & disposition through process compliance & gap analysis, integration testing & user acceptance methodology. 
• Prepare test cases and conduct various test cycles (CRP/UAT), verify data integrity, and recommend/take corrective actions. 
• Provide knowledge and input on the system implications of business process changes. 
• Support end-to-end processes and have an intermediate-level understanding of system touchpoints. 
• Prepare and document solution design and process maps. 
• Collaborate with the project team on solution definition and validation.

Required Qualifications/Skills

• In-depth functional & business process knowledge of MAPICS/Infor XA (9.x) in Make, Planning, Inventory Management, and Procurement functional areas. 
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
