• Expertise in Weld Tooling Design and Validation.
• Experience with designing process flow weld tooling/templates and their associated parts/components.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD tools such as SolidWorks, Creo, or CATIA.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Experience with ECN (Engineering Change Notice) processes and Routing.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems like Enovia.
• Proven experience with Onsite-Offshore coordination.

• Assembly Process Planning and optimization.
• Material Handling Equipment Design.
• Ability to create, update, and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Change Notices (CN), and Design Output Updates (DOU).
• Develop manufacturing process flows with a focus on cost reduction.
• Implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Racking system design for efficient material movement or stocking.
• Validation of racks and carts based on load capacity.
• Design of carts and custom material handling devices.
• Design of templates and specialized tools for productivity improvement.
• Development and validation of quality checking gauges.
• Support material flow standardization and process improvements.
• Daily project follow-up, customer interaction, and status reporting.
• Vendor engagement for project requirements and sourcing.
• Active support for continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordination with the Onsite Manager and Offshore Team for status review meetings.
