Support ERP deployment activities, including requirements gathering, process validation, testing, data validation, training, cutover, go-live, and Hypercare.
Collaborate with plant operations, business users, and technical teams to analyze issues, identify root causes, and support timely resolution.
Document business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, test scripts, training materials, and user documentation.
Support manufacturing operations, including:
Production
Inventory Management
Warehouse Operations
Shipping & Receiving
Perform system validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and data verification.
Provide on-site support during deployment, stabilization, and Hypercare activities.
Identify process improvements and apply lessons learned to future deployment phases.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful ERP adoption and operational efficiency.
Travel extensively to manufacturing plant locations based on deployment schedules and business needs.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a Business Analyst supporting ERP implementation and deployment projects in manufacturing environments.

Experience supporting full ERP deployment lifecycle, including testing, cutover, go-live, and Hypercare.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively with business users, plant personnel, and technical teams.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively and provide on-site plant support.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Infor M3, Factory Track, or CFS.
Experience in the Food & Beverage or Poultry Manufacturing industry.
Knowledge of ERP best practices, manufacturing workflows, and supply chain operations.
Experience supporting multiple ERP deployment waves in enterprise manufacturing environments.
