Roles and Responsibilities

• Analyze, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects, including 5S, Kaizen events, and Value Stream Mapping.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, cycle time improvement, and waste elimination.
• Support daily production activities and resolve process-related issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering.
• Assist in the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and training materials.
• Utilize data to drive decisions and present findings to leadership teams.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to support operational excellence.

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering role.
• Strong knowledge of production systems and process optimization techniques.
• Demonstrated leadership in implementing 5S or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in problem-solving and analytical thinking.
