We are looking for experienced Manufacturing and Distribution Consultants with strong expertise in QAD ERP Implementation & Migration projects. The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge of QAD business processes, hands-on implementation experience, and the ability to lead client-facing workshops and drive successful ERP deployments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate client-facing workshops, including: Business Process Workshops, Test Script Workshops, Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Analyze, design, and implement end-to-end QAD business processes.
- Actively participate in QAD ERP implementation and migration projects.
- Drive process improvements aligned with industry best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate business requirements.
- Support data migration and validation using QAD tools.
- Provide functional expertise across Manufacturing & Distribution modules.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in QAD ERP (Enterprise Edition and later versions).
- Proven full lifecycle implementation experience as a Functional Consultant.
- Hands-on experience in at least one end-to-end process: Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), Planning and Manufacturing.
- Deep understanding of Manufacturing & Distribution business processes.
- Strong client-facing communication and workshop facilitation skills.
Technical Skills
- Experience with: QAD Web UI and Adaptive UX (AUX) / Adaptive Experience (preferred).
- Familiarity with data tools: Excelerator, Excel Integration, and AUX Export/Import.
