Roles & Responsibilities

• Analyze business and functional requirements to create coding solutions.
• Develop technical design documentation, including flowcharts and pseudo code.
• Create and maintain detailed designs for the system (technical, functional, database).
• Provide alternative technical solutions and troubleshoot issues.
• Develop and modify code, ensuring maintenance and bug fixes.
• Design, execute, and maintain unit test plans to ensure quality.
• Lead project team meetings, providing task estimates and status updates.
• Track and resolve defects, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Work within SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Scrum, Agile) to deliver on time and on budget.

Required Skills

• Techno-functional knowledge of Manhattan WMS and warehouse management processes.
• Experience with RHEL7, specifically analyzing application logs.
• Strong proficiency in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions.
• Familiarity with warehouse 4-wall concepts and supply chain process flows.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow for IT support or helpdesk.
• Exposure to Clarity for project management and time reporting.
