Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into technical design and coding specifications.
  • Create and maintain detailed design documentation, including Master Technical Designs, Database Designs, and Functional/Technical Detail Designs.
  • Develop and modify code, including maintenance and bug fixes, ensuring that all code meets requirements and is delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop unit test plans, conduct tests, and track defects. Ensure the application meets specifications and resolve any errors found during testing.
  • Lead and actively participate in project team meetings, test plan walkthroughs, and provide technical solutions for problem-solving.
  • Provide estimates for the completion of tasks, track progress, and assist team members in meeting deadlines and project objectives.
  • Use Linux expertise to analyze application logs for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Provide regular status updates on task progress and issues to team members and stakeholders.
  • Work within various SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Scrum, Agile, Iterative) to ensure efficient project execution.

 

Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong techno-functional knowledge of Manhattan WMS, including supply chain warehouse concepts and process flows.
  • Proficient in writing complex queries, procedures, and scripts in Oracle PL/SQL to meet business requirements.
  • Sound knowledge of Linux (RHEL7) for application log analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical skills for identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues.
  • Experience with SDLC methodologies including Waterfall, Scrum, Agile, and Iterative approaches.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow (Help Desk/Support) and Clarity (Project Management Tool, Time Reporting).
