The Manhattan WMS Consultant will support and enhance BD’s global warehouse and distribution operations using Manhattan WMS (WMOS / Manhattan Active WMS). The role requires strong functional and system expertise, a deep understanding of warehouse processes, and experience working in regulated healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, and implementation of Manhattan WMS solutions for BD distribution centers.
• Translate BD business and operational requirements into Manhattan WMS functional specifications.

Required Skills/Experience

• Hands-on experience working with Manhattan WMS (WMOS or Manhattan Active).
• Strong functional knowledge of warehouse operations and distribution processes.
• Prior experience in healthcare, pharma, or medical device supply chains is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of regulated environments and system validation.
• Experience integrating Manhattan WMS with SAP ERP.
• Ability to analyze issues, troubleshoot system behavior, and propose solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
