Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP integration solutions, primarily in SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Provide strategic direction and hands-on leadership in SAP ABAP development and integration processes.
• Drive end-to-end integration efforts using a variety of middleware technologies, including but not limited to EDI, MuleSoft, Boomi, OpenText, TIBCO, and Sterling Integrator.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements and deliver scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.
• Oversee SAP data migration activities, including the use of SAP Data Migration Cockpit (LTMC) and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and quality assurance for integration workstreams.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in SAP integration, providing mentorship and guidance to team members.
• Stay current with SAP technologies and best practices, ensuring the organization leverages the latest tools and techniques.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP integration, with significant exposure to SAP S/4HANA.
• 7+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
• Proven experience as an SAP Integration Consultant with deep knowledge of mapping, configurations, and middleware solutions.
• Proficiency in integration tools and technologies such as EDI, MuleSoft, Boomi, OpenText, TIBCO, Sterling Integrator, etc.
• Strong understanding of data migration processes and tools including LTMC and SAP BTP.
• SAP certification in Integration is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
