Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct a team of 15 maintenance technicians, fostering a well-trained and motivated staff.
• Coordinate maintenance policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and clean working environment.
• Manage and oversee equipment maintenance, focusing on preventive maintenance and prompt repairs to minimize production downtime.
• Implement SQF Quality Management policies and GMP practices, ensuring compliance among maintenance employees.

Required Skills:

• Experience in supervising and training maintenance technicians.
• Ability to diagnose and address electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, plumbing, and PLC-related issues.
• Prioritization of safety and the development of a 'Safety First' culture among the staff.
• Establish and maintain an effective preventive maintenance program.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to effectively manage and lead the maintenance team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) at an intermediate level; basic experience with PLC systems is necessary. Experience with SAP is a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a maintenance lead or supervisor with direct reports.
• Demonstrated experience in directing, evaluating, and training maintenance technicians.
