Key Responsibilities

• Perform z/OS version and product upgrades (e.g., Omegamon, TWS, Tivoli, NetView).
• Support mainframe migrations, datacenter design, and LPAR/MIPS management.
• Configure and support LPARs, system restores, and tape backups.
• Manage capacity planning, system performance, and remote administration.
• Collaborate with vendor partners to meet SLAs and improve operations.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in z/OS systems programming and mainframe operations.
• Hands-on expertise with mainframe backup/restore processes.
• Strong understanding of mainframe datacenter migrations and architecture.
• Familiarity with automation and monitoring tools (System Automation, Omegamon, etc.).
• Vendor management and SLA enforcement experience.
