Mainframe Business Analyst

Role Summary:

·       “5–7-year BA experience.  This is a senior BA role and is expected to lead and facilitate conversations between technology/vendors, business , various stakeholders and team members.

·       Lead, analyze, document, and manage business requirements throughout the lifecycle of an initiative in alignment with the business needs and strategies.

·       Excellent communication skills. Experience with Confluence, Jira, client Agile methodologies, and ability to quickly learn client Scaled Agile Framework. 

·       Can backup Product Pod Owners including Program Increment Planning and Quarterly Business Review. Contribute to Sprint goals and velocity targets.

·       Knowledge of TS2 is an asset.

·       Knowledge of Credit Card architecture is an asset.
