Primary Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain mainframe applications using Assembler (ASM).
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize existing Assembler programs for performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and technical specifications.
• Translate business requirements into high-quality, scalable mainframe solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and system integration activities.
• Ensure compliance with coding standards, best practices, and documentation guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Mainframe Application Development using Assembler language.
• Proven expertise in mainframe environments (z/OS, JCL, COBOL, DB2, or similar).
• Strong understanding of mainframe architecture, memory management, and system internals.
• Ability to convey complex technical and functional concepts effectively.
• Experience working on large, complex, and mission-critical systems.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
