Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled macOS Systems Administrator to support and enhance a large-scale enterprise Apple ecosystem. This role focuses on engineering, automation, security, and lifecycle management of macOS devices using JAMF and modern identity integration tools. The position requires strong technical depth in endpoint management, scripting, and enterprise security within a high-availability environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect, manage, and maintain enterprise macOS environments ensuring performance, stability, and scalability
  • Administer JAMF Pro for configuration profiles, policies, patch management, and application deployment
  • Design and support zero-touch macOS deployment and provisioning workflows
  • Manage endpoint security using JAMF Protect and enforce compliance across macOS devices
  • Integrate macOS identity services using JAMF Connect and Azure AD for seamless SSO access
  • Develop automation scripts using Bash and/or Python to improve operational efficiency
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve macOS system and application issues in enterprise environments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders using ITIL processes and ServiceNow
Qualifications
  • Strong experience supporting macOS environments at enterprise scale
  • Advanced expertise in JAMF Pro (certifications such as JAMF 200/300/400 preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with JAMF Protect, JAMF Connect, and Azure AD integration
  • Strong scripting skills in Bash and/or Python for automation and system management
  • Solid understanding of endpoint security, macOS hardening, and compliance practices
  • Experience working in ITIL-based environments and using ServiceNow
  • Strong communication skills with ability to support both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in large enterprise or distributed workforce environments preferred
