Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and implement standard configurations for Mac devices, ensuring compliance with security standards and organizational policies.
• Deploy and manage Mac devices using Jamf Pro, Apple Business Manager, and MDM solutions.
• Package, deploy, and update software applications; manage licenses and ensure compliance.
• Implement and maintain security measures, including antivirus, encryption (FileVault), and endpoint protection.
• Conduct security assessments, deploy patches, and manage patch compliance.
• Provide Tier 2 and 3 support for hardware and software issues, resolving complex technical problems.
• Develop automation scripts using Bash, Python, or AppleScript to streamline Mac device management.
• Maintain accurate records and manage device lifecycle from procurement to disposal.
• Collaborate with IT, security, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Mac devices.
• Participate in Mac-related deployment, upgrade, and migration projects.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in managing Mac devices in large-scale environments.
• Proficiency with Jamf Pro, Apple Business Manager, and MDM solutions.
• Strong knowledge of macOS, security practices, and configuration management.
• Scripting experience (Bash, Python, AppleScript).
• Familiarity with ITSM tools and CMDB.
• Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) or Apple Certified IT Professional (ACITP) preferred.
