Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Windows Server and Linux Server OS environments.

• Manage multi-site, multi-domain Active Directory environments, including user accounts, policies, and permissions.

• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot virtualization platforms, particularly VMware.

• Maintain and optimize network infrastructure and connectivity.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT projects, system upgrades, and migrations.

• Ensure systems, applications, and infrastructure comply with security and operational best practices.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex infrastructure issues.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, IT infrastructure, or related roles.

• Certifications such as VMware VCP, Microsoft MCSE, Cisco CCNA, or equivalent.

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server OS and Linux Server OS environments.

• Hands-on experience with VMware virtualization technologies.

• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and data networking concepts.

• Experience managing multi-site, multi-domain Active Directory environments.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud technologies, specifically Microsoft 365 / Azure.

• Familiarity with automation and scripting tools (PowerShell, Bash, etc.).

• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
