Technical / Functional Skills

• Mobile RAN knowledge - service procedures relating to UE, RAN and Core components
• Creating test case automation frameworks / integration with the client’s automation framework 
• Test case creation/editing
• Running test cases and modifying test cases based on results
• Analyzing test results (logs) for metrics
• Deep analysis of logs for problem resolution

 

Experience Required

• 4G Radio Protocol Knowledge  
• Knowledge of ORAN is preferred

 

Roles & Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients Wireless Engineering and Product Management teams, acting as an interface between the client 
• Advocate for customers through a cross-functional organisation 
• Logging, investigation, and resolution of issues related to client Wireless test and emulation equipment 
• Undertake Systems Engineering, debugging and diagnosis of issues on hardware and cloud-based platforms 
• Support new product and features introduction 
• Build and help maintain technical relationships with the end client
