Role and Responsibilities

• Responsible for bringing in new and innovative ideas and identifying solutions.
• Responsible for collecting all project requirements.
  
• Responsible for gathering and formalizing business requirements.
• Able to document the requirements, functional specification documents/ product backlogs / Epics/User Stories.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with the analysts who work for lenders.
• Analyzing financial statements and financial data.

Required Qualifications/Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  
• Strong working experience in loan applications Servicing and Origination.
• Should have good knowledge of Agile Methodology and Defect Management using JIRA and ALM.
• Ability to perform detailed analysis to ensure all aspects of the business requirement are understood
• Should be proficient with STLC, Testing techniques, and tools.
