Job Description
Role and Responsibilities
  • Monitor and administer learning management systems security to include support for the addition and removal of user access, quota administration, audits, and security problem resolution.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, work well under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively both individually and as a member of a team.
  • Install and upgrade databases, application software, and other software related to learning management systems administration.

 

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred in a relevant field or related subject.
  • Experience developing LMS training materials.
  • Experience in data collection, analysis, and written reports summarizing data collected.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of Quality Assurance and Continuous Quality Improvement practices
