We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive LMS Administrator to manage and optimize our Learning Management System. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth system operations, facilitate learning and development programs, support users, and generate insights to improve training effectiveness.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the LMS, ensuring optimal performance, updates, and troubleshooting.
- Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and course enrollments.
- Upload, organize, and manage e-learning content, assessments, and learning paths.
- Monitor learner progress, generate reports, and analyze training effectiveness metrics.
- Collaborate with HR, L&D, and IT teams to support training initiatives and content deployment.
- Provide user support and guidance for LMS functionalities.
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy policies.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance system usability and learning engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Education, HR, or related field.
- Proven experience managing an LMS (Moodle, SAP Litmos, Cornerstone, etc.).
- Strong technical skills with LMS configuration, integration, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred
- Experience in e-learning content development.
- Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, or other e-learning standards.
- LMS certification or training-related credentials.
