Responsibilities

• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to enhance LLM capabilities.
• Build and deploy chatbots using enterprise data and documents to facilitate efficient user interactions.
• Develop action models that automate processes and enhance the user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Utilize managed stacks and LLM APIs for scalable application development.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Python code.
• Manage deployment processes using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps tools.
• Monitor and optimize model performance and ensure the reliability of deployed solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in AI, machine learning, and natural language processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in LLM engineering or a related role.
• Proven experience implementing RAG systems and using managed stacks and LLM APIs.
• Proficient in Python, with a solid understanding of libraries and frameworks relevant to AI and NLP.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with DevOps tools and practices for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
