10+ years of total experience in Nice & Live vox Development and Technical Lead in Service cloud
The Nice & Live vox Developer will oversee the technical aspects of projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.
This role involves leading a team of developers, collaborating with stakeholders, and providing technical guidance and expertise. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce development, architecture, and integration, as well as strong leadership and communication skills. Experience in the financial industry are required.
Roles & Responsibilities
Technical design, development, and implementation of Nice and Live vox solutions.
Call Center experience in NICE InContact with Studio Scripting.(Omni channel scripting)
SME on
Nice Personal Contact Dialer.
NICE IEX .
Nice Quality Management
LiveVox dialer /Smart Reach with scripting
Good knowledge on API GW; Elastic Stack (ELK) ; Snowflake integration.
Good knowledge on AWS ; Kafka
Should understand salesforce call center components ( SSO configuration/SailPoint profiling /Omnichannel /call center setup /SF managed packages/Softphone integration with NICE; LiveVox switches).
Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working in an agile environment is preferred
