Roles & Responsibilities

• Support Fault Monitoring, Capacity, Configuration, and Performance Management within network infrastructure.
• Apply knowledge of change management processes and enterprise operational standards.
• Drive initiatives to eliminate unauthorized or legacy components within the Network Tools environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong Unix/Linux administration skills with experience in SNMP, Syslog, and general network engineering.
• Responsible for identifying, analyzing, and remediating non-permitted, unsupported, or non-compliant technologies across Network Tools.
• Ensure all systems, integrations, and configurations comply with enterprise technology standards, security policies, and operational requirements.
• Collaborate with Network Engineering, Security, Asset Management, and Application teams to validate devices, coordinate remediation, and prevent reintroduction of unauthorized technologies.
