Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Linux servers, ensuring their stability, security, and performance.
• Install, configure, and update server software and applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve server and network issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the IT team to plan and implement server infrastructure upgrades and improvements.
• Monitor server performance and ensure optimal resource utilization.
• Implement security measures and best practices to protect the organization's data and infrastructure.
• Provide support for server-related incidents and participate in an on-call rotation schedule.
• Automate routine tasks and streamline server management processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Linux Administrator for a minimum of 5 years, with a maximum of 12 years of experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Linux operating systems, including CentOS, Ubuntu, and Red Hat.
• Strong understanding of server virtualization, containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Relevant certifications such as RHCE or LPIC-2 are a plus.
