Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Learning Management Platform, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to design, develop, and implement engaging e-learning content using authoring tools.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of online courses, ensuring they meet quality standards and instructional design best practices.
• Analyze user feedback and platform analytics to continuously improve the learning experience and address any usability issues.
• Develop and implement training materials and resources for users of the learning platform.
• Stay updated on industry trends in e-learning and instructional design to incorporate best practices into the platform.
• Coordinate with IT and other departments to ensure the LMS integrates seamlessly with existing systems and processes.
• Facilitate training sessions for instructors and learners on how to effectively use the learning platform.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Learning Management Platforms (e.g., Tovuti).
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, TechSmith Camtasia, and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understanding of UX and UI design principles, with a focus on creating intuitive and user-friendly learning experiences.
• Experience with instructional design methodologies, including ADDIE, SAM, or Agile.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
