We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Trainer specializing in Microsoft Copilot. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging training programs that support Copilot adoption across enterprise environments. This role requires strong instructional design skills, facilitation expertise, and experience driving user adoption for modern AI-powered workplace tools.
Required Skills
- Proven experience designing and delivering training programs focused on Microsoft Copilot implementation and adoption across organizations.
- Ability to create structured learning programs, including curricula, presentations, hands-on labs, demos, job aids, quick reference guides, and reusable training assets.
- Strong experience delivering interactive training sessions for large audiences (100+) as well as smaller groups, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Experience working with change management teams to drive technology adoption through coaching, office hours, feedback loops, and continuous learning initiatives.
- Ability to tailor training content for different user groups, including business users, subject matter experts, power users, and citizen developers with varying technical skill levels.
Preferred Skills
- Experience delivering training on Generative AI tools or AI-powered workplace solutions
- Knowledge of Responsible AI, governance, and compliance principles
- Experience supporting enterprise-wide technology rollout or transformation programs
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams, Power Platform, SharePoint, and related tools
