Roles and Responsibilities

• Assess and implement commercially available wireless solutions, focusing on link reliability, power efficiency, and platform lifecycle.
• Lead testing efforts to evaluate wireless designs in complex RF environments.
• Drive schematic capture for wireless designs and high-speed interfaces on circuit boards.
• Write detailed functional specifications for new designs to support product introduction.
• Provide technical expertise to support design fixes and address customer escalations.
• Contribute to all phases of new product introduction, including concept, architecture, design, testing, and manufacturing.

Requirements

• BS in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in wireless/RF technologies.
• Strong experience in digital design and control.
• Proficiency with wireless test equipment (protocol analyzer, spectrum analyzer, etc.).
• Experience with electrical test equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes).
• Working knowledge of project management processes and procedures.
• Experience with PWA board bring-up and system integration.
