Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform the planning, evaluation, analysis, and recommendation of technical computing products on large, complex projects.
• provide the highest level of technical product support including response to user questions, installation, system monitoring, testing, problem diagnosis, tracking, resolution, and routine maintenance.
  
• Facilitate and perform the delivery of technical services including the preparation of alternative solutions and technical recommendations. 
  
• Formulate and direct the preparation of technical procedures, documentation, manuals, and reports. 
  
• Maintain broad technical industry knowledge and a broad understanding of our internal infrastructure. 
  
• Mentor and provide functional/technical leadership and work direction to staff.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  
• Minimum of 10+ years of System Administration related experience.
• Exhibits master-level proficiency in system administration and automation; exhibits expert-level knowledge of one or more specific technical areas that enables the administrator to serve as the highest-level resource in that area throughout the company.
• Must have experience with Python, SQL, and UiPath (or similar automation technology).
• Provides expert insight into problem resolution calls working closely with software and hardware vendors.
