Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full PLM lifecycle, including requirements, BOM, CAD integration, change management, and service management.
• Integrate Windchill with CAD, ERP, and other enterprise systems.
• Oversee data migration into Windchill, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Define and execute product strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Implement analytics within PLM to drive business insights.
• Design and maintain the data model and architecture for PLM systems.
• Lead the migration of PLM systems to the cloud, ensuring scalability and performance.

Required Qualifications

• Expertise in Windchill (and Aras or similar PLM systems) and managing end-to-end PLM processes.
• Proven experience integrating PLM, CAD, ERP, and other enterprise systems.
• Strong background in managing large-scale data migration projects.
• Hands-on experience leading cloud migrations for PLM systems.
• Experience in developing product strategies and roadmaps.
• Experience in implementing analytics solutions and designing PLM data architecture.
