Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Lead SAP EWM Consultant with over 10 years of SAP Supply Chain expertise to lead global S/4HANA transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SAP EWM solution architecture, global template governance, warehouse transformation, and multi-country deployments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Leadership & Transformation
- Lead SAP EWM workstreams in large-scale S/4HANA transformation programs
- Define and govern global EWM templates, processes, and standards
- Drive process harmonization across regions and business units
- Provide strategic direction for warehouse automation and digital transformation
Solution Architecture & Design
- Own end-to-end SAP EWM solution architecture (Embedded/Decentralized)
- Conduct fit-gap analysis, blueprinting, and design workshops
Design scalable warehouse solutions covering:
- Inbound/outbound logistics
- Warehouse structure and layout
- Wave management and labor optimization
- Handling Unit (HU) management
- Slotting, replenishment, and advanced picking strategies
- Define integrations with MM, SD, PP, TM, and Yard Logistics
Global Rollouts & Deployment
- Lead multi-country implementations and rollouts
- Manage localization and regional business requirements
- Oversee deployment planning, cutover activities, and hypercare support
- Ensure template consistency with minimal customization
Integration & Data Strategy
- Lead integration architecture with SAP and external systems
- Define APIs, middleware, and interface strategies
- Oversee master data governance and migration activities
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Govern SIT, UAT, regression, and performance testing
- Ensure solution stability, quality compliance, and risk mitigation
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Mentor onsite/offshore functional teams
- Collaborate with business leaders and IT stakeholders
- Drive executive-level discussions and strategic decisions
- Manage vendors and implementation partners
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of SAP SCM experience
- 6+ years of hands-on SAP EWM experience
- Strong expertise in SAP EWM Embedded & Decentralized architecture
- Experience leading S/4HANA transformation programs
Strong knowledge of:
- Inbound/Outbound warehouse processes
- RF & mobile technologies
- HU management, wave management, labor management
- Integration with MM, SD, TM, and PP
- Experience with warehouse automation and digital supply chain solutions
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
