Lead Salesforce Platform Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Own the Salesforce platform architecture, configuration, and long-term roadmap.
• Design and implement scalable solutions within Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Build and maintain automation using Flow and declarative tools.
• Manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems, including HR platforms.
• Act as both technical architect and hands-on administrator.
• Define and enforce governance, security, and compliance standards.
• Evaluate vendor solutions and drive platform decisions.
• Ensure platform stability, performance, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Proven ability to own and manage the Salesforce platform end-to-end.
• Hands-on experience with Flow automation and declarative development.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems (including HR platforms such as Workday).
• Background in HR Service Cloud or Employee Experience implementations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, governance, and SOX compliance controls.
• Ability to operate in both architect and administrator capacities.
• Experience working with vendors and influencing platform strategy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, Service Cloud Consultant or Architect-level credentials).
• Experience in enterprise-scale Salesforce environments.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns and middleware tools.
