Job Responsibilities

• Lead development, testing, deployment, and enhancement of PLM systems including mobile accessibility.
• Manage Enovia PLM and CAD automation projects, integrating engineering databases and spreadsheet tools.
• Oversee parts management processes: classification, obsolescence, alternates, and inventory duplication.
• Drive initiatives in CAD Vault-PLM BOM management and automated CAD configuration for Model-Based Design (MBD).
• Implement automated design review templates and utilities to support engineering efficiency.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and ROI analyses.
• Coordinate with subsystem managers, technical experts, and suppliers to ensure program success.
• Track financials and supplier invoices; report risks and escalate critical delivery issues.
• Support enterprise-wide systems integration (PLM, MES, ERP/MRP) for Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
• Lead business process reviews and provide strategic input on technical planning and sub-projects.

Job Requirements

• 10–15 years' experience in managing large-scale enterprise engineering and IT programs.
• Proven success in PLM/MBD implementation, preferably in semiconductor capital equipment or HiTech Manufacturing.
• Strong background in cross-functional program management (Engineering & IT).
• Experience in enterprise solutions (PLM, MES, ERP), CAD model integration, and prototype development.
• Effective communicator and leader across global matrixed teams.
• Proficient in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, or related field.
