Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Lead OCM efforts for large-scale transformation programs with a global footprint.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption plans.
  • Facilitate discussions and coach senior business leaders and executives to navigate organizational change effectively.
  • Create and manage comprehensive OCM project plans using Microsoft Project, ensuring timely execution and risk mitigation.
  • Deliver impactful communications, including video-based messaging where appropriate.
  • Design and deliver clear, visually engaging presentations and dashboards using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Analyze data to inform decision-making, track adoption metrics, and assess change readiness.
  • Support training design and deployment using LMS platforms and training tools.
  • Work collaboratively across business and IT teams to align change strategies with project milestones and business value realization.
  • Provide strategic input to help shape organizational decisions with a business value-driven approach.
  • Maintain awareness of IT systems and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to effectively align change efforts with technical delivery.

 

Qualifications
  • 12–18+ years of hands-on OCM experience, with significant exposure to enterprise-level programs.
  • Manufacturing industry experience (Automotive, Industrial, Aerospace, or Process) strongly preferred.
  • Experience managing change for major system implementations such as S/4HANA, PLM, and MES.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel for communication and analysis.
  • Experience with communication content development, including video-based communication is a plus.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and training tools.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to connect change initiatives to business value.
  • Technical fluency to understand the broader IT landscape and project lifecycle.
