We are seeking an experienced Lead Mobility Core Decommissioning Engineer to lead the maintenance, troubleshooting, and decommissioning of mobility network hardware. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise across IMS core, PSTN integration, and multiple vendor platforms (Nortel, Ericsson, Nokia).
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and decommission network hardware across mobility core systems.
- Perform end-to-end call flow analysis between IMS core and PSTN endpoints.
- Conduct real-time log analysis to support outage troubleshooting and root cause identification.
- Manage capacity planning and network performance monitoring.
- Collect data and perform protocol analysis using tools like Access7, IRIS, Radcom, TCPDUMP, and Wireshark.
- Replace faulty hardware components and assist in outage resolution.
- Support vendor audits and data collection requirements.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in network hardware maintenance, troubleshooting, and decommissioning.
- End-to-end understanding of IMS core to PSTN call flows.
- Hands-on experience with Nortel, Ericsson, and Nokia core hardware.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work under outage conditions.
- Relevant education/training is a plus.
