Establish and govern mainframe workload intake, onboarding, and change processes for new applications and services.
Analyze and optimize CICS, IBM MQ, and z/OS Connect services to improve performance, reliability, and resource utilization.
Review telemetry data, system traces, and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and resolve service availability issues.
Troubleshoot complex CICS and MQ incidents and support release, change, incident, and problem-management activities.
Develop and maintain architecture standards, technical roadmaps, solution blueprints, and governance frameworks.
Drive mainframe modernization initiatives, including integration with cloud platforms, distributed systems, and containerized environments.
Promote DevOps, automation, and infrastructure-as-code practices to improve deployment efficiency and operational consistency.
