Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of middleware solutions using Jitterbit, ensuring efficient connectivity between various systems.
• Develop, support, and troubleshoot SOAP and REST web services and APIs in Jitterbit, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Review programming code for accuracy, identify discrepancies, and resolve defects and root causes through comprehensive troubleshooting.
• Execute data manipulation, comparison, and computation tasks effectively, ensuring data integrity and accuracy across systems.
• Develop and implement testing strategies, plans, and test cases to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Maintain advanced proficiency in source code management, version control, and code repository skills.
• Identify and resolve complex issues using strong analytical skills while demonstrating attention to detail.
• Present technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, enhancing cross-team collaboration.
• Pitch and experiment with innovative ideas, leveraging proof of concepts and pilot projects to drive improvements.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of middleware experience with at least 3-5 years specifically in Jitterbit.
• Hands-on experience in connecting systems, particularly through API integrations in Jitterbit.
• Strong preference for candidates with migration experience from Oracle Fusion to Jitterbit.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile principles, and software testing practices.
• Demonstrated ability to think critically and make sound judgments in complex situations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
