The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Python, and AWS, along with hands-on experience with LangChain or Sierra framework. Banking/financial services experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Java-based applications.
- Develop and maintain solutions using Java, Python, and AWS.
- Design robust and scalable application architectures based on business and technical requirements.
- Leverage LangChain or Sierra for AI-enabled application development where applicable.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to development teams.
- Troubleshoot complex application and production issues.
